Growing up in Tyrol and working in hospitality alongside an academic path, we saw early on how much this industry depends on the right people at the right time. Season after season, the same reality emerged: roles were difficult to fill, hiring decisions were rushed, and too often, great candidates and great opportunities simply missed each other.

At the same time, we developed strong international connections, particularly across Europe, working with motivated candidates eager to be part of alpine tourism. Speaking multiple languages and understanding both sides made one thing clear:
